Is there a Wallpaper Engine for Mac?
No. Wallpaper Engine runs on Windows and Android. Its developers say they have no immediate plans for other platforms, because the app is written closely around each operating system and they don't see a Mac version paying for itself. You can read their explanation here.
Running the Windows app in a virtual machine isn't a real answer either. It would need a whole copy of Windows running just to draw your wallpaper, and it wouldn't reach your actual Mac desktop.
